BRIGHT BALuSTRADING price match guarantee T&C’S

Product(s) must be of an equivalent specification & Workmanship standard. Quotes should specify “Fully welded” or “using fittings”. All welds, Tig or Mig, welded by a licensed and qualified welder.

A written quote that is valid must be provided + Contractors license must be held by competitor + Workers Comp + Public liability over $20,000,000.

We don’t price match against products that are fabricated onsite. Our fabrications are all done offsite in a purpose built fabrication facility at our factory in Greenacre 2190.

We don’t price match for supply only prices. Only on supply and install prices.

We don’t price match against suppliers who do not undertake/supply/offer/specify on their quotes – “CAD drawings”. Bright has an inhouse engineer and draftsman to design and draw fabrication/shop drawings for client approval prior to works commencing.

We don’t price match against products without a 7 year guarantee.

From site measure to installation, our process is built for accuracy, efficiency and high-quality results every time.

Site Measure

Timeframe: 1 week

We schedule site measures approximately one week in advance.Our team can complete 2–3 measures per day, ensuring accurate dimensions and site conditions are captured for your project.
This foundation allows every stage that follows to run smoothly and without delay.

02

Shop Drawings

Timeframe: 1 week
  • 2–3 days for full CAD drafting
  • 1 day for site engineer review and approval
  • Check-measures arranged if required

We convert your site data into detailed technical drawings that guide fabrication and guarantee precision.

Materials Procurement

Timeframe: 1 week

After drawing approval, we compile material lists, generate component drawings, and place all required orders.
All materials are locally sourced within Australia, ensuring quality, consistency and fast turnaround.
Processing begins as soon as supplies arrive.

04

Fabrication

Timeframe: 1 week

With five dedicated fabrication stations, each project is assigned to the most suitable and experienced team.
This phase includes cutting, assembly, welding, polishing
and full QC checks against your approved drawings.
Once fabrication is complete, installation scheduling begins.

Additional Processing

Powder Coating

+1 week

Includes pick-up and drop-off, surface cleaning, powder application, oven curing and final quality inspection.

Curved Glass

+8 week

Requires template cutting and test-fitting before final curved glass is produced.

Laser-Cut Components

+1–2 weeks

Varies depending on material, thickness and design complexity (plate or tube laser cutting).

Glass Processing

+1–2 weeks

Based on shape, thickness, number of layers, laminate type and whether glass is straight or raking.
