Located in Zetland, Paragon is a triangular ‘island’ site bounded by Link Road, Epsom Road and South Dowling Street. Responding to the future urban context, Paragon has been developed as a collection of buildings with a public plaza, pedestrian through site connection and retail spaces that respond to each street edge condition. The 192 apartments – along with a child care facility, gym, restaurants & cafes and 5000 square metres of retail space – are contained within three buildings around a landscaped public plaza.
