St Peters Parkside is a multi-residential, mixed-use ‘Built to Lease’ development, consisting of 40 apartments, three retail spaces and a basement carpark.
It involved two residential towers – one of which being a new-build while the other tower incorporates the existing façade and existing floor plates for 3 Levels.

Bright Balustrading was engaged to supply, fabricate and install all the metalwork on this project. These metalworks included glass balustrades to balconies, stainless steel handrails to ground floor access ramps and stairs and terraces as well as aluminium glazed privacy screens as balcony dividers.
